Welcome to your absolutely unique vacation rental property, located in one of the most beautiful locations in the whole Santa Maria di Leuca area, at the very end of Italy's heel. As soon as you arrive, you'll be swept away by the breathtaking sea views and stunning cape location - this is truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity!
The villa is situated just a few metres meters from the sea and is surrounded by a 3000 sqm garden, complete with an 8x4-meter heated swimming pool, and even a heated rooftop jacuzzi with fantastic sea and sunset views. And that's just the beginning of the luxury that awaits you! The villa is equipped with every comfort and convenience you could possibly need, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The mansion is divided into two buildings, each with its own unique charm and appeal. The front building boasts a large shaded terrace with a spectacular sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a luxurious double bed, and a stunning bathroom. The back building offers a shaded terrace, a small kitchen, and two connected bedrooms (each with independent access from outside) and two beautiful bathrooms. And for those with children or larger groups, the unique sofa beds that actually turn into bunk beds are sure to be a hit! You'll find them in two of the bedrooms, and thanks to the two additional sofa beds in the living areas, the mansion can host up to 14 people, including children.
Outside, the luxury continues with two terraces overlooking the sea, complete with tables, chairs, sunbeds, and a stone barbecue area - perfect for alfresco dining. And when you're done enjoying the beautiful outdoor surroundings, take a refreshing (or warm) outdoor shower before relaxing in your own private pool. And if you're looking for the ultimate in luxury, the pool can be heated upon request (surcharge: €100 for the preparation + €30 per day). If the pool is too large, no problem: there is a private heated whirlpool on the main villa's rooftop terrace, which can be heated up to 40 °C and thus can be used the whole year, including for your aperitifs during winter sunsets (jacuzzi available upon request - surcharge: €80 for the preparation + €20 per day).
The villa is equipped with TVs, air conditioning (cold or warm, depending on the season), mosquito netting, a washing machine.
But the comfort of your vacation rental property isn't limited to just the villa itself. The surrounding area offers plenty of activities and amenities to keep you entertained throughout your stay. The rocky sea access, reached via an old stone arch, is just a few steps away, and the sandy beach of Felloniche is a short 200 meters away. And with several good restaurants, including fish restaurants and a pizzeria, as well as a supermarket all within walking distance, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips.
Finally, don't miss the private and exclusive boat tours we offer directly from the villa. With destinations including the stunning sea caves in the area, you can experience the ultimate in luxury and relaxation during your stay. We stayed 4 days at this accomodation. We really really enjoyed our time here! The house/place is really amazing and with an amazing view! We came for some peace, rest, and privacy and this was the perfect place for this. The house was really nice ansee more

Firstly, Mauro was a great host The home is outstanding, the finishing of all the details of the home are very modern and beautiful( from the bathrooms to the bedrooms as well as the outside area). The most amazing part about this home is the sea which is right in front of the home, to go to bed hearing the sea and wake up hearing the sea is incredible. The marine life in the sea in front of the home is untouched and amazing. The pool and the jacuzzi are an excellent addition after a long day at the sea in order to relax. Close to the home there are many great restaurants to eat the local cuisine. I would highly recommend this home to a family as it is simply incredible.

Ringraziamo anche Mauro che si è dimostrato un Host molto gentile e attento alle nostre richieste. A presto bellissima Puglia 🥰
