Description
A pretty, comfortable 1-room apartment in a wonderful historical property with a large swimming pool and park, which was completely renovated just a few years ago. Ideal for a couple and up to one child.
The apartment (approx. 35 sqm) is located on the 1st floor (without elevator and without directly adjoining other apartments); it has a private entrance from the outside and consists of a spacious room that is divided into two areas (see photos): a sleeping area with a double bed as well as a dining and living area with a small kitchen (incl. electric stove, microwave and small fridge), a table with chairs and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower. A spacious, shady private outdoor terrace (additional approx. 30 square meters) screened off from the rest of the property is ideal for meals or to linger and relax.
The apartment is air-conditioned (cold or warm, depending on the season), has mosquito nets on the windows, satellite TV and free WiFi. The house is located on a spacious property and is connected to three other buildings. As a guest of the facility, you can use the pool (approx. 14 x 4 meters) and relax in the park - this extends over 2000 square meters with palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation, a bar corner, toilets, a spacious grill corner with outdoor tables and shady benches.
There are a maximum of 23 additional guests in the entire facility. The property is large enough that enough space and privacy can be ensured for everyone. Your apartment is one of the two smallest; if necessary, you can rent additional residential units for friends or family members. In the photo gallery you will find a plan of the whole complex; your house is marked with the letter F.Our property is located in the historic center of the picturesque village of Patù, only 7 km from the long, golden sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea (e.g. Torre Vado, Pescoluse and the “Salentine Maldives”). When you leave the entrance gate you will find yourself in the lively streets of the town, where cafes, restaurants and several shops can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Free parking is available directly outside the property on the (quiet) side street.We will be happy to advise you in English before and during your stay.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €18 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included. If you do not want to clean before departure, we can hire our cleaning company (surcharge: €60).
🐶 Pets are NOT allowed in this property.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Patu. It’s a great quiet area with excellent access to the beaches in the surroundings, using a car. It’s easy to stay away from the tourist traps and noisy areas. Excellent instructions to access the house andsee more
We were very satisfied with our stay in Patu. It’s a great quiet area with excellent access to the beaches in the surroundings, using a car. It’s easy to stay away from the tourist traps and noisy areas. Excellent instructions to access the house and always available through internet messages, which is awesome. It’s enough space for a family of three with smaller kids. Otherwise we would love to come back and continue exploring Puglia.

Ottima struttura a due passi dal centro del paese. Alloggio ben organizzato seppur piccolo, giusto per una vacanza. Non è distante dal mare, e non essendo una località marittima si evita il traffico. L'appartamento è pulito e le procedure di check-insee more

L'appartamento è pulito e le procedure di check-in e check-out molto veloci. Ottima anche la zona piscina. Host sempre disponibili e veloci nelle risposte.
